Three Springs Fruit Farm, a Food Alliance certified operation, is now in its seventh generation of family stewardship. From our ancestors in 1818 to the present day, the Wenk family has both maintained and enriched their agricultural ecosystem in Northern Adams County, focusing on quality tree fruits since the early 1970’s. Owners Dave, John, and Ben Wenk have also diversified their crops to include a full range of small fruits and berries, specialty vegetables, and custom made value-added products for sale at our farmers markets in DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and right here in Central Pennsylvania. Farmers on the Square is truly our “hometown” market, a mere 15 miles north of Three Springs Fruit Farm.
