Farmers on the Square loves to host nonprofit organizations who relate to and further our mission, free of charge. By setting up a table or presentation at our market, you will have the opportunity to reach hundreds of local residents who care about food access, agriculture, and nutrition. We welcome any educational efforts in these areas and are always happy to help partners with similar goals to spread the word about their activities.

Any nonprofit organization (for-profit businesses are not accepted unless participating as vendors) who wishes to table or demo at Farmers on the Square must be approved by our Board of Directors. In approving guests, the Board primarily considers the relevancy of the applying organization and their planned activities to the market's mission of supporting our food system and the health of its producers and consumers. Because the Board of Directors meets on a monthly basis, interested organizations should apply at least one month before their first requested date to allow the Board time to review their request. In order to apply, simply complete the brief Google Form below.
